It is most certain now that Delta will complete their PWA prior to the 2016 amendable date as indicated from Delta's Senior Vice President of Flight Operations, Captain Steve Dickson's memo yesterday to all Delta pilots. This memo clearly shows how much they value their pilots. Things will certainly change at a rapid pace this year – hold on!

If we vote no on the current AAG proposal, we WILL get at least if not more than the current proposed raise without concessions albeit in the fall of THIS year. Also, AAG knows it. It may only occur once in our life that we have a rival airline CEO on our side. Anderson will FULLY take advantage of our pilot negotiations and drive our pilot cost up significantly here, while at the same time drive pilot cost at Delta up only a few percent. Watch him, for example, propose in lieu of their current profit sharing to instead, lock it into pilot wages. It would be a win-win for them and at the same time put a thorn in AAG's side. Haeneda is another example of a big pain Anderson must now deal with. He will put a lot of pressure on AAG in as many ways as possible. Furthermore, AAG jabbing Delta in many ways is now getting Anderson fed up but helps our cause. We should all write a thank you letter to the Delta CEO. This will happen in a few short months.

We can all wait a few months to receive more by waiting and stop the degradation of our profession. This now makes my NO rock solid.
