The line between management and union fades creating a cohesive relationship thus mildly diluting contractual gains while fortifying management goals. Then why has Dalpa's method produced such superior results over the hard line unions? The only other union using a model like Dalpa has been SW. They have not done to bad either although their relationship seems to be changing with the end of 5 year upgrades.
