I was OK with the pay increase and the retro. While I don't understand why electronic voting can't occur prior to the Jan 19th deadline, neither do I understand why management can't wait until Jan 30th for a membership vote. Without the retro after the 19th the TA is DOA. Management is being petty with their deadline cutoff. Thats the line for me, no retro as promised equals a no vote from a previous yes voter. The line operation will really suffer after the 19th without compromise from AA. It should not have come down to this, but it is what it is.
