Whichever way, is that considered good or bad or doesn't matter?
Simulators are done at FlightSafety, but with our own instructors, so it is considered in house. All ground school is in house. The training is excellent in most cases, good to very good in almost all others. Every now and then someone has a bad experience, but few and far between. They want you to pass, so if you apply yourself and have a good attitude, you should have no problem.
