I believe they're doing classes every 2 weeks not sure though. Ground school is done in ft lauderdale & sims are done in Miami. Training can range from 6-8 weeks. I believe the company is still doing 6 days of training (Mon-Sat) for new hires. Pay during training is 4hours per day of training. 1st year Saab FO pay is $25.29/hr. The pay rates on APC are correct. You also get per diem 24/7 while in training at $1.80/hr.
