Had to kick off a non-rev LAX-EWR two days ago on the 757-300. They wanted to kick off 5, but Capt. talked to load planning. Enroute limited...?
Also, check the blended rates for the 756/737/Airbus, they ARE NOT the same (contrary to popular belief)....
