PBS bid submission question-- I downloaded and installed the new Desktop version, and THOUGHT I was good, it seems to do all my sorting etc, and SAVES fine... But at 22:45 EST on the 11th I can't get a "Submit" button!, Don't know if that's because the DA is set to reject uploads after the 11th cutoff, or if I still have a faulty PBS DA and this is the only way to tell??

Has anyone else had no "submit" button on (greyed out) on this? What were the symptoms that the Desktop assistant for PBS was not working and had to be replaced for folks?? Thx
