So true. With most of the Majors hiring, a lot of young guys are going to get their shot at the gold ring. Hopefully, a lot of young NetJets pilots will get to move on as well. That could open up the upgrade times.

You literally answered your own question. Fractionals have always been a place where retired 121 types can go to continue their flying career. If you've socked $1.5M in your 401k and have your military and airline pensions coming in every month, you don't need to sweat upgrade time.
And you get to fly the most modern equipment to places you never went in your military/121 career. Not much downside there.
