And if they do, they are not going to reorder the names.
The professional arbitrator that gave the west a seat asked if usapa MC chairman was the new "Nicolau". I have been told that has a huge meaning and it isn't something you would ever expect a normally stoned faced arbitrator to go after, ditto the award itself.
