When there are errors, rather than attempting to go back to each error and correct, it's generally far better to do a single line entry adding or subtracting the time, and make a comment to that effect in the remarks section.

The correction disappears in the next page, is understated, and doesn't draw attention. By doing it that way, the page totals are correct, and it's the current totals to which the reviewer will look.
