Even with a Regional Pilot Alliance, (not including the self correcting "pilot shortage" issue) how will you stop other airlines from underbidding your airline for ACMI flying? The only way to take some of the sting out of it would maybe be to force a nationwide regional seniority list onto every company out there, and then force a much higher cost structure on the entire industry by contract, but LOL good luck with that. Even if you were successful, you'd just invalidate your own business model and you would lose your flying to (mostly ALPA) majors anyway. Then you'd probably call that an ALPA conspiracy as well.
You're implying that ALPA is conspiring to keep your wages low, which implies you are really sitting on a huge gold mine of untapped labor cost increases you can turn on simply by switching bargaining agents. Good luck with that. Really.
