We all know that they do NOT want to pay more so that's why you see the flow through system, because it actually costs nothing to implement, but will it grow? To include non wholly owned? Will it transition, as previous poster said' minor league? Meaning no interview, you just have a number from the day you start in your RJ.

How high must pay go to allow financing? Currently there are very few banks that will loan for flight school as there is very high failure for repayment, and too long before payments can begin. How should they fix that problem?
That's how it is going to have to be. Through flows, at least that will actually make it appealing to start training. The problem now is there is no incentive to work as a pilot. They will have to fix that and the other major problem is the mainline pilots too that are oblivious to the regional condition, meaning ALPA... they need to do something right now and stand united.
