It may be different for the ssp, we had a guy still get the cjo after he accidently submitted the test after only answering ten questions.
I'm sure they collectively figured that out though. I seriously doubt they saw a score of 10 or 20% actually thinking that's what he scored and then said 'whatever lets hire him anyway'
