AA pay rate graphs/valuations are out. We will still lag you guys if we don't have profit sharing. Voting currently open until Jan 30. We are hoping for a no vote to use the leverage we have and get more.

The rates are based on Delta +7% for 2015 but of course when DAL profit sharing is factored in it's more like Delta - 13%
