It may be a while before that increase happens. Personally I think management would be attempting to give us some of that now to slow/prevent attrition if paying us fairly were in their business model. Solidarity is going to be key and it might take a while in my opinion. I do know that we're a great group of intelligent pilots who are up to the task.
SO are the techies on H1B visa's working for chump change in silicon valley....unfortunately they can't and won't ask for their true value. Unfortunately in the past the Atlas pilot group has IMO never nutted up to the negotiating table and that's why we have a SL and schedulers/planners whom run over/a muck over any contract in place. Its sad that its gotten to this point!
