Not that I'm against the F/A's union, but what makes you think that it still wouldn't be mgmt's line for any improvements.
If you watch the AA negotiations or others, the F/A union (and others) almost always do a "me too" clause as the first sentence so that when other unions get something, it's in their contract too.
With dual unions, it'll probably be even more prevalent.

Do you know if PAFCA (Dispatchers) have "me too" clauses in their contract at Delta?
I can personally tell you that it's not so much about trying to get a bunch of money for many of us...it's about accountability and not worrying about being fired over something stupid.
We just had a girl get fired the other week because while deplaning she was in the back galley and sent a text to her daughter who was sick and another F/A took a picture of her and sent it in to management. Tell me that's not *******ed up.
