Of course we could go non Union. I suspect the very first thing the company would do is eliminate all caps for us. You can kiss your advancement goodbye for a long time! They will tell you it's a pay raise and for your own good!

I can personally tell you that it's not so much about trying to get a bunch of money for many of us...it's about accountability and not worrying about being fired over something stupid.

We just had a girl get fired the other week because while deplaning she was in the back galley and sent a text to her daughter who was sick and another F/A took a picture of her and sent it in to management. Tell me that's not *******ed up.
