Just out of curiosity-

What are Skywest recruiters using to sell their company to new hires?

When places like PSA, Compass and Mesa are all at a 12-18 month upgrade time.

No flame, just interested inthe perspective - I live and fly east coast so I'm not privy to being around many Skywest folks.
