Well you should've told your MEC in your survey to not fight an agreement they agreed to then. The fact is that we have a process in place. Unity will come if both sides agree to abide by it. It's not that big of a deal to have two systems if it means we have a non-concessionary JCBA for everyone. But by the p2p video your MEC put out today, I doubt we will see any unity.

Because they believe this is a system that will increase QOL for the erj pilots. It's that simple. Each side does what is best for their pilots. Stop taking it personal and just deal with it.
