The shrink does not tell you that. They can only recommend yes or no. The final decision, based on everything from the psych test, computer test, and face to face, is decided by a group of pilots. At one time, a no from the shrink was the kiss of death. Now, guys get hired even with the no. That is what the review board is all about.
