absurd because we`ve been through this before.Not his job. The shrink, during the late 90`s hiring period, thought that he was the final word. He actually told a young man that I know " you don`t have enough time to be hired". That, and a few other things, caused a complete review of his "no" recommendations. Quite a few of the "no" got hired.
