Rumor going around my Res unit (mix of heavy and fighters) and Husbands Guard unit (all fighters) is that the fighter guys that are laid back on the ground are "inconsistent" for personality on paper
And conversely, two people I know were told that they were "consistently too happy" on their MMPI and got the retake, and to "not be so happy" on the retake.
