We shouldn't even think about giving up anything in exchange for something else. Some of our work rules are equal to none but this is far from being the truth for the rest of the contract.
I don't think we are entitled to ask for the same pay rates as DAL but there is a LOT of margin before we even get close to them.
So I want the good with the good.
