But, if Delta wants to take their shrink's position (recognizing there is a review system) as someone does not fit Delta's profile seems eminently reasonable. Full disclosure- I didn't get hired at DL in'79 and always blamed the shrink, too. But, it's their trainset, they can run it however they want. GF
