XJT is in IAH for ground school. The sims are likely to be in IAH at the XJT training center. They have in the past sent people to HOU, CVG, STL, and a few other places when the in-house sims were full.

ASA is in ATL. I assume it's all done at ATL Flight Safety, but I'm sure they've sent people to others in the past.
