I think we are about 90 numbers away from seeing junior CAs with December 2010 hire days. However, they have hired a lot of guys from December 2013 until now. I'd say the December '13 hires stand a decent chance of upgrading within 4 years, if current trends continue. As to people in my class (Sept '14) or later, it's impossible to say...
