I'm glad things are moving, but I kind of found that part of the Insight funny. Of course upgrades are about to drop by 2-3 years considering we're only about 100 numbers away from a 01/2011 hire captain.
The upgrade time is going to drop 2-3 years because they didn't hire anyone between 2008 and 2011, not because the company is picking up the pace of upgrades.
