Just remember when hiring did pick up in 2011 it was a ton of pilots, 60 per class from beginning 2011. I'm 3.5 years in and 280 from first upgrade (according to last award, but higher on standing bid list about 300). If all things remain equal a year is probably conservative but I doubt they will keep going at the rate we are, lots of planes coming off contract and we know the whole speech about how we need to be more competitive...
