Heyas guys.
Curious if it would be a good move to go from express jet to Netjets. I was thinking of firing off a resume pretty quick. My goal is ultimately Hawaiian but if for some reason that didn't happen, I would like to be in a different spot. Netjets sounds pretty sweet. Currently I should upgrade in about 3 years but I definitely don't think its critical to move on.

Do you have any turbine PIC time? If not, coming to NetJets would not help you with career progression, as your time to upgrade will be longer than three years.
The only good thing about NetJets is that you do not have to commute. If you live someplace and aren't willing to relocate, then that might factor heavily in your decision making.
