I believe Delta pilots will achieve 10-20% pay increase in 2015. We should not give concessions, nor increase in medical costs, nor working more days for the same pay, nor more concessions of our bankrupt contract. It is best for us to say NO thanks. 10 hour 3-day trips! NO thanks. They will continue to take full advantage of us time and time again if we say yes. They will continue to not implement the whole contract - only the items that saves them money. They are not to be trusted and have proven they value us the same as flight attendants. They insult us and the entire profession. Vote NO.
