No no no, you missed the strategy meeting. It was decided that with the company now making all time record profits, it would be the wrong time to ask for any kind of parity with anyone. In fact the time is perfect to give the company some QOL things that they just have to have.
By doing this now, the company will never know what hit them in 2020 when we all say "F" no. and get all the QOL issues back.
They said at the meeting that the company has a long history of giving back QOL items, and one would be crazy not to believe them.
