I think it's pretty obvious the company is putting all the 'ERJ must have' newhires in a pool and backfilling as needed. If they were actually were hiring 2 full newhire 175 classes a month in addition to the transitions that would mean something is up. It would also mean they're hiring 90+ a month, and we know that's not happening.
