Dude, what are you smoking? Delta will never give their pilots a 10% or more raise out of the box. It'll be more like 3-5%.
And all of you that think Delta pilots will have a raise and a new contract by January 2016: Really????? Their contract isn't even amendable yet. Once a contract becomes amendable, it takes at least 4 years of back and forth negotiation to even achieve a TA, with most having to go to a strike vote before any progress is achieved.
Those of you that think the parity review will increase due to a new Delta rate in 2016 are living in a pipe dream.
