know the hats don't mean a thing by themselves, its a symbol to use to get the companies attention. think about it. Our management know Pilots hate the hats, all they got to do is look and see the lack of them worn in the crew room. Now if all of a sudden lots of pilots were wearing their hats and knew it was being done to make a point about the frustrations about negotiations, it would be a powerful message.
