It's not a 4 hour min day. We have no min day pay/credit, outside of the adtg. We only have a min duty pay/credit of 4 hours.

The 4 hours of credit we may go with, instead of the 4:45 adtg, is only credited on calendar days we don't work. The company can build trips that have duty periods crossing two days, effectively negating the 4 hours of credit for a non-working day option. Without the atdg, our 2 days can pay a minimum of 4 hours and our 3 days can pay a minimum of 8 hours. With the adtg, the minimum 2 day is 9:30, while the minimum 3 day is 14:15.
