System Seniority is abrogated. A member of the negotiating committee has confirmed that Group I Capt positions will be force filled contrary to system seniority rights.

Why did the NC agree to allow forced pay cuts out of seniority? And why is a member of the NC also maligning the BOD by saying they took no interest when the system seniority abrogation was raised to the BOD?

This is not an acceptable. The NC has no business taking this action.
