Why did the NC agree to allow forced pay cuts out of seniority? And why is a member of the NC also maligning the BOD by saying they took no interest when the system seniority abrogation was raised to the BOD?
This is not an acceptable. The NC has no business taking this action.
The APA, the creator of the B-Scale, has reinvented it.
Group I is the new B-Scale. And system seniority will be contractually ignored to keep pilots on it.
The Company and the APA are walking all over the pilots.
Only a 'No' vote will force both off this path.
