That hotel is rough, but there is some stuff to walk to. My least favorite overnight is IMT. None of the overnights are as bad as the old IPL hotel.
IPL was as bad as ever got. I'd rent a car and drive 1.5 hours home rather than stay there. Only silver lining was the Denny's in the lobby so you could eat any time 24/7.
