I was quickly brushed off (by my own union?) and told that Management had absolutely no motivation to do that and that it would NEVER happen!*?
How about if we include it in Contract Negotiations?
That is all I wanted for the interim contract is a fix for 1 item that we wanted in exchange for the 1 item the company wanted, but it was not to be. Oh well we have to move on and wait till the company wants something again.
