Major airline industry standard across the board. Not just pay scale either, but all the so-called "soft costs" as well. Pay means nothing if it's not accompanied by work rules to structure the pay. Flying 2.5 hour blocks five days a week will make that very clear. I don't subscribe to the idea that 'it's a first contract' or 'Comparable Airline' garbage. Allegiant is the most profitable Airline with the best paid executives. They can easily afford better pay and benefits and they will. The ball is in our court and it's the 'perfect storm' for us. We will get whatever we are willing to fight for.
