But, it's easy to talk tough on the web. I predict the contract you all vote for will be significantly less than legacy norm. And then, you won't find a single pilot who will say they voted for it.

And retro pay? LOL. No me gets retro pay any more. You get "signing bonuses." The last contract I was involved in settled for $15K when full retro would have been over $100K. So, good luck with that.
