Not to ask an already repeated question most likely, but I've had prior 121 experience and had to leave the business about 3 years ago due to family issues, and now I'm curious as to the "recency of experience" requirement. It won't be difficult to get recent again, but wondering what would they would want to see to consider an applicant - assuming all other requirements are met (munis ATP written which I plan on doing).

I'm not sure if they want a certain number of hours, but I would definitely be 90 day current in any aircraft and instrument current as well. Of course having a current medical goes without saying. Back in 2010, while I was on furlough, I applied at Eagle/Envoy. I let my medical and currency go for a few months. As soon as I rented some FTD time and got a new medical, and updated my app, I got a call within a few days. They understood that I was on furlough and couldn't find a flying job for recency.
