No, what you're referencing is only applicable to the first 100 current series E175s. Of which 40 went to UAL and 7 to AS. So 53 are tied to winning contracts. The 100 firm MRJs and 100 firm E175 E2s dont hinge on contracts.
Sounds like they'll just cancel the orders then since they have no one to fly them for. With the current problem of hiring pilots and filling classes, it's possible the plan to shrink the company will only accelerate
