What would be really nice to see is of the 53% civilians hired, how many were OTS ? I'm betting it's somewhere around 20% of the 53%. So really that number is only about 10% of the total guys hired were OTS civilians. They should break the categories down even farther to;
flows/SSP.
Military
Civilian
The numbers would seem to indicate a split in hiring but that's because most of the civilians are from SSP/flow.
Does anyone have the breakdown of how many pilots were hired from each of the different regionals?
