I know at least a dozen ALG pilots. These are all hard-working pilots who have been busting their tails for years for terrible pay! I don't think they will approach contract negotiations with unreasonable ideas. They simply want to be compensated for their hard work. The work ethic is there, and so is the money, so it's time to be compensated.
