I assume you mean prior turbine or 121 experience? I don't know the answer. About 40% of my new-hire class had no prior 121 or turbine time, and everyone did fine. The failure rate at SKW is very low.

No, but what's happening on the ERJ is that a lot of the Brasilia pilots are bidding over to it. The Bro goes away in May, so I suspect that new-hires wanting the ERJ may be waiting a long, long time (possibly 3--6 months or more) before SKW starts putting a lot of new hires in the ERJ. Sure, there are a few guys/gals who get put into the ERJ straight away, but looking at the bid list for the ERJ I am seeing a huge amount of Bro pilots bidding for it.

If I were you I'd go for the CRJ.
