For a new hire, what are the chances you get to fly more than the guarantee and is that paid as just straight time or do you make extra for flying over? Just trying to figure out how much you could really make your 1st year with Skywest. Trying to make the jump but pay is making it really hard.
In 9 months I blocked 650 hours and credited 900. RSV over guarantee will pay more more but line holder breaking guarantee is straight pay. A good safe average as to how much you'll make a year is multiply your hourly rate by a 1000.
