I don't think it's folding. I just want more information from the guys with experience in this department. I view every proposal neutrally until I have all the information. If I can read something convincing that a no vote will help us either imperically or strategically then it's a NO all day long. I think playing devils advocate helps us all make better informed decisions. A no vote for the sake of saying no May not be the best strategy. id love for someone to describe our leverage and strategy for improving this with a no vote.
