It depends on how they roll it out. For example, does anybody actually say 'stable', and does everybody know what I mean by that? Flew with a guy who looked at me and said "What's that? Some kind of new call out we're supposed to do?"
I can count on one hand the amount of guys I've flown with that know the stable/unstable thing. There's little changes I was told about such as the elimination of an after landing checklist, its just a flow the FO will do. I think the setting of the lights is captain only and now the FO will call the ramp for pushback clearance. But the checklists now and way to read the checklists is suppose to eliminate rote memorization errors and such.
