I do. I had a captain, who claims he wants to be in standards and knows the policies/FOM/OM, etc, who would always call out stable at 500', even though I said stable at 1000'. He didn't have a clue what he is doing with a lot of stuff. God help us if he every becomes a LCA.
At 1000' imc, the PF says stable or unstable go around.
At 1000' vmc, the PF says stable or unstable and the deviation.
If it's vmc, the PM says stable at 500' or states unstable go around.
It looks like the LCA wannabe read the OM. 3-7.3.
